Amanda and I connected recently through a Facebook group that is full of Orange County models and photographers. I wanted to take some photos with the mustard grass that is just EVERYWHERE right now so we went on a little adventure. They are my favorite thing about Spring and I adore her look. Isn't she just darling?
I recently discovered a little prism from an old polaroid camera and decided to bring it on our shoot and play with that, as well as do a couple double exposures. Enjoy!
Our mission for this photoshoot was to take photographs in the snow that had fallen in Orange County at the end of 2014. Sadly, it had melted away in the area close to Megan's home and we decided not to make a trek up to the mountains which would requiring more driving and then hiking. Instead, we ventured to a local park/campsite and I experimented. I wanted to use my digital camera, my iPhone 5 with my new iPhone Telephoto lens that my in-laws gifted me for Christmas, and my 35mm Minolta camera for this shoot.

I had the pleasure of photographing my friend Julie aka Poison IV (derby name) aka Sc Amore before she moved to New Orleans. She's a wonderful human being and I am going to miss her presence in my life.

Recently I logged into my ModelMayhem account after neglecting it for months on end. After being back for a day or two, I got a message from a guy in Orange County wanting to shoot with me. After talking on Facebook back and forth, I decided that he would be a great addition to my portfolio. So I now introduce, Johnny Person!
